Reset your password
A 6-digit code sent to your email resets your password.
Reset it
- On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password?
- Enter your account email and complete the security check if one shows. Choose Send verification code. If an account exists for it, a 6-digit code is sent there.
- Enter the code and choose Verify code. A code expires and allows a limited number of tries, so use the newest one.
- Choose a new password of at least 8 characters, repeat it and choose Reset password.
- Sign in with the new password.
The code did not arrive
- Check Spam, Promotions and Updates. Some college mail puts codes there.
- Wait for the timer on the code screen to finish, then choose Send a new code. You may need to complete the security check again.
- Use the email your account was created with. That is often your college email, not a personal one.
