Your interview did not get a score
Two things can leave an interview without a score, and only one needs a redo.
Which one happened
- Too short: the page says the session was too short to score. Answer a few of the interviewer's questions before you end it. An interview with fewer than two answers is voided and does not use up your limit.
- Scoring did not finish: the page says Evaluation failed. Choose Retry evaluation. Your conversation is kept, so you do not redo the interview.
- Past interviews and their scores stay in Interview.
