Read the integrity report
An attempt is flagged when its integrity score reaches 30. Every flag comes with the evidence behind it, and the decision is yours.
Where to look
- Integrity in the rail lists flagged attempts waiting on a decision, across your tests.
- On a test, the Integrity tab lists its flags, and the Results tab shows a severity chip beside each student. Open it to see the timeline: what happened, with times.
- Severity comes from the score: Low under 15, Medium 15 to 29, High 30 and up.
- Appeals from students come to you after your decision. If you uphold a flag, the student can ask the college admin to look.
What you can decide
- Dismiss the flag: it closes and the student keeps every mark.
- Note it: kept on the record, the student is told, no marks change.
- Warn the student: no marks change.
- Take marks off: the points you set come off, the student is told why and can appeal once.
- Disqualify the attempt: it stops counting, and the student can appeal once.
- Pass it up: the account owner settles it.
